In the elegantly simple words of Peter Drucker – “Leadership is all about results.” We pride ourselves in our track record of delivering measurable results. We provide insightful assistance to every client, drawing upon what we have learned collectively over 50 years in leadership positions across industry, government and non-profit organizations. We couple that with proven processes that you can master to deliver results that you need to achieve - time and time again. By design, our business model is structured to maintain two managing partners while leveraging partner agreements with other similar and like-minded organizations for expansion if needed. In this way, we guarantee the impact and the caliber of our work by being very hands-on in the delivery of our services. (It's what you have to do to ensure high-impact results.) At the same time, we are prepared to pull-in additional high-quality resources for specific and focused projects when needed. In this way, we focus on your needs and only your needs.

Renee Lewis, CEO and Managing Partner
Renee has 25 years of building successful businesses and business units. She loves to work with inspired business leaders who know they can do more with what they have but haven't quite figured out the formula for getting past a certain point. She has always leveraged her love of software engineering principles (that is, designing for efficiency and effectiveness) and getting things done through others (that is, managing difficult teams). Her most interesting adventures were turning around and then selling a technology company to Cerner (wonderful experience, tough ride), and creating a viable and productive team after a four-company merger targeting eLearning markets.
Having been directly involved in eight separate startup companies, Renee has a particular love for entrepreneurship and creating thriving businesses. Today, she instructs in the year-long UMBC ACTiVATE program, an entrepreneurship program for technical and scientific women who want to build a business around a patented concept or another proprietary idea. She loves to travel abroad in support women entrepreneurship programs. In partnership with Path Forward Int'l, she is developing new methods to adapt entrepreneurial concepts to large business needs leading into a "intrepreneurial" model driven by innovation, accountability and ownership.
Renee is a business owner, speaker, wife and mom. In her "spare" time, she is actively involved in her community supporting local civic and school associations. She spends time with her family at Deep Creek Lake whenever possible consuming every business book recommended to her (please send your favorite book referrals). Read Renee's Blog Here

Lesley J. Boucher, Managing Partner
 |
Lesley Boucher has over 25 years of business experience helping governments, non-profits, international organizations, and private sector companies meet their goals. She learned early in her career that regardless of how senior you become in an organization, one element of your job will remain the same – effectively mobilizing people to get the work done, and get it done well. Lesley loves working with leaders in organizations to do just that. During one particularly interesting incarnation, Lesley led a group of policy advisors in the Government of Canada’s Privy Council Office who were responsible for briefing the Prime Minister on a weekly basis for his Cabinet meetings, and developing the strategic advice necessary to ensure the government was executing on its commitments. It was there that she learned the critical importance of ensuring that the organizational vision is clear, strong and well understood and that everyone in the organization understands and is delivering what they need to do to ensure success.
Lesley is an economist by training, a certified facilitator and quality process advisor, but it is what she has learned from previous senior management positions and her consulting clients that serve as the foundation for her work today. Lesley enjoys working with community and volunteer organizations, where she currently serves as Chairperson of the Cultural Arts Committee for Wood Acres PTA, Diva Development Chair and Board member for Success in the City, and Strategic Alliance Chairperson for NAWBO – Greater DC Board of Directors. Lesley is active on the public speaking circuit, where she and Renee have great fun delivering interactive seminars and workshops on topics such as “The Value of Vision”, “How to Outperform the Competition”, and “Ask Don’t Sell – the Power of Relationship Selling.” But certainly not least, Lesley is most happy when hanging out with her husband, children and any friends who happen to drop by their home in Bethesda, Maryland. Travel, visiting the family cottage in Quebec and continuing the summer tradition of waterskiing and entertaining friends is her definition of fun.
